Why this event
Not a seminar.
A border experience.
Leadership under pressure cannot be learned from books. It emerges when your nervous system is calibrated in real pressure situations — and you then gain the language for what you just experienced. That is exactly what this weekend is.
01
Physical truth
Arena training under the guidance of a competitive wrestler. No role-play — real physical contact, real pulse, real reactions. Your nervous system shows how you truly lead under pressure.
02
Neuropsychological analysis
Every reaction is documented on video and translated by a psychologist in the debriefing. You see your patterns — and understand for the first time why you lead the way you lead.
03
Concrete transfer
Day 2 translates the physical experience into your specific business scenarios. You don’t leave with theories — you leave with a 90-day transfer plan for your leadership situation.
Agenda · Day by day
Two days,
meticulously planned.
Every hour of this weekend has a purpose. Day 1 exposes your physiological and psychological baseline. Day 2 changes it.
-
08:30
Arrival & check-in Villa Borg
Breakfast, distribution of training gear, short briefing on the day’s structure.
-
09:30
Introduction & baseline profiling
One-on-one sessions with psychologists, stress-response questionnaire, goal setting for the two days.
-
10:30
Arena entry · technique block
Fundamentals of competitive wrestling under guidance: stance, balance, contact. Preparation for the main segment.
-
12:30
Lunch break · regional & light
Considered menu — optimised for afternoon performance, not for a feast feeling.
-
13:30
Arena · pressure sequences
Escalating intensity. Cameras are rolling. You encounter limits you did not know about in the office.
-
16:00
First debriefing round
Group and individual reflection with psychologists. What was physically noticeable? What mirrors leadership situations?
-
18:00
Dinner & informal exchange
Together with the trainer team. No programme, but often the most honest part of the entire weekend.
-
20:30
End of day 1
Optional overnight stay in a tent on the Villa Borg grounds or in a nearby hotel (see logistics). Sleep is part of the programme — day 2 builds on consolidation.
-
08:30
Breakfast & body check-in
Short morning mobilisation. Reflection on sleep — how has your system processed the experience from day 1?
-
09:30
Video analysis · individual sessions
You see yourself under pressure. Psychologist and trainer translate facial expression, posture and stress reactions into leadership patterns.
-
11:30
Pattern mapping
Your observed reactions are translated into concrete leadership situations: crisis communication, negotiation pressure, conflict moments.
-
12:30
Lunch break
Deliberately kept quiet — the morning material needs time to settle.
-
13:30
Business scenarios · individual coaching
Ulysses Wagner in person — each participant works on two to three concrete leadership situations of their own.
-
15:30
90-day transfer plan
Creation of your personal transfer plan: three behavioural anchors, two reflection routines, one integration check after 30 days.
-
16:30
Closing ceremony
Handover of the written competence profile. No certificate parade — a clear, honest conclusion.
-
17:00
End of day 2 · follow-up
After 30 days: 60-minute follow-up call with Ulysses Wagner. After 90 days: written transfer check.
Your trainer team
Two worlds.
One programme.
This format works because two very different disciplines are present in the room at the same time — complementing each other throughout the entire weekend, not taking turns.
