How we work together

01 — Strategy call

A 45-minute conversation to understand the leadership situation, objectives, and the right format match. Not a sales call — a diagnostic conversation.

02 — Design

Based on the strategy call, we develop a bespoke programme. Which virtues take centre stage? What transfer objectives are relevant? Which format is the right fit?

03 — Delivery

The Workshop or programme is delivered entirely by Gladiator Leadership — including all instructors, equipment, venue coordination, and psychological debriefing.

04 — Measurement & Follow-up

We measure impact. Pre/post assessment, follow-up conversations, and an optional 360° leadership diagnostic make the ROI of the investment visible.
